On this Labor Day Weekend, many of us will be spending time at barbeques and enjoying time with our loved ones. While it's great to put some R&R into life, stress can creep up on us before we know it throughout the year. That's a great article, and a great reminder that stress comes in many forms!

Sometimes I stress about the silliest of things, and I have to remind me that it will all fade away over time, and I need to learn to let it go smile Yoga helps with that!

Thank you, Lisa! I worry about the small stuff too. It's hard not to, so I find that if I just take a break, even for half an hour, it really helps.
