Paul's advice to believers is to 'keep out of debt...' Rom 13:8 (Amplified Bible). How easy is this especially as we live in a world filled with easy credit and buy-now-pay later schemes? Is it possible to keep this command?

Thank you for this important reminder. We do not have credit card debt but we still have other debt. I will work harder to make things right.

You're welcome Lori. I am sure that God will help you get out of debt. From my own experience I know that staying clear of debt is very hard. It means living with the bare necessities. But I have also seen that the Lord provides and we never lack anything. Getting into debt is in many ways the same as conforming to the pattern of the world. I am very glad that you have decided against this.
