There are lots of gadgets for cleansing your nasal passages, and I think I own one of each. I'd rather be collecting fun stuff but when you have severe allergies and sinusitis, nasal irrigators seem like a good investment. The Neti Pot, which has been around for centuries, is still great but a SinuPulse is like buying an electric toothbrush or Waterpik versus a regular toothbrush.
