It's not good news. Allergies and fibromyalgia seem to go together. The majority of allergy sufferers may eventually develop fibromyalgia. No one knows for sure why. Sheree you are so right. The body functions as a whole so when one part gets messed up the others follow in one form or another. Fibro and allergies. yuck.

I'll have to ask my pcp about fibro and my allergies
I even have a knee brace now

I eat don't eat a clean diet, Very little fruits and veggies money is tight Don’t know if any food trigger my symptoms
time.

I Don't get plenty of sleep
And most of my days are stressful

I haven't found any thing in years that works on nasal congestion I'M still hooked on OTC Nasal Sprays
