Jistin Time, a young boy from the Appalachian Hills, lived with his grandparents. Jistin found his fortune one day and built a hot dog stand and a general store right across from the fine house he built for him and his new bride.
Jistin needs to fill up his store with all kinds of things the folks in the hills will be needing, from groceries to farming and gardening and fix-it-up tools. Let's help him!
Take the last letter of the item you see in the most recent post and use that last letter as the first letter in your item.
I will start the game with the first item for Jistin's store and you take it from there - ok? Here it is:

That what happens when a game uses the last letter only, It would of been better to use the 1st letter of the first word or the 1st letter of the last word, then you have 2 letters to chose from, what do you think Phyllis! Maybe you can start a new game
Sure Rosie - go ahead and start a new game if you like. This one is fun and we can continue it, but just ignore any 'S' if it is plural and use the letter before it.
What will you call your new game?
Phyllis, i'll let you call a new game, go ahead girl!
To continue the New Market Game, we decided to not use the letter 'S' if it is the last letter of a plural word, just use the letter before it. Example:
if the word is Fruits do not use the 's' but use the 't' instead.
OR - just do not use any plural words, drop the 'S'.

Hi Theresa and welcome to the Folklore forum.
The rules of this game is that you have to make a word that begins with the last letter in the last post.
For instance: the last post had the letter 'T ' as the last letter, so your word should have started with ' T '
Please try again. And thanks for visiting the forum, please come back often.

This is very true. I did an in-depth interview with Beetle quite awhile ago, (two years?). The amount of time that Beetle spends in volunteering with conservation efforts, like mountain hiking trails maintenance and clearing, his leadership with the troops of OA (Order of the Arrow), and helping out wherever there is a need, has always amazed me -- and makes me honored to call him a friend. The interview consisted of five or six articles. I so admire Beetle. Now, if he would just come out to Nevada and volunteer to help me on restoring an antique oak table, I would be forever grateful.
What was next? Oh! 'N'
New Sander - to restore the condition of my oak table
