I was wondering the best way to but yarn, the Local crafts stores are putting a dent in my wallet.I love to work with the new types, elelash,chenille etc. I was looking on ebay, any suggestions? Thanks <img src="/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Well, in theory, here's what I try to do. Shop around your local stores. Then check the net. Unfortunately, I find that a lot of purchases can be made cheaper via the internet, even with shipping. If you'd like some websites to look at, just pm me. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />If I see something in the store, especially if it's on sale, I usually just go for it, lol.

I use my Michaels and JoAnn Fabrics 40% and/or 50% coupons to buy the more expensive yarns.

Bonric, how cute I love your avatar reminds me of the mortons salt girl. Ok on the yarn , have you tried Bonnie Triola yarns, auntmarys yarn, and I think the other one is Yarn Sale ? they all sell yarn pretty cheap.

Thanks, Eva. It seemed rather appropriate since it rains here in the Pacific Northwest so frequently. By the way, just found this board and am having a great time reading all these posts regarding Crochet!
