AM2 has announced that their 2013 convention will be taking place August 23-25, 2013 at the Anaheim Convention Center.
AM2 also announced that it will be changing its model for 2013 to include a nominal admission charge in addition to the convention's "fast pass" passports.
The nominal admission charge, which is being called General Attendance, costs $5 for one day and $10 for all three days. Those who pay the General Attendance fee will have access to the exhibit hall, artist alley, summer festival, general workshops/panels, autograph sessions, dance, arcade, and other unannounced events.
The difference between General Attendane and the passport is the fact that the passports provide entry to all events, including "passport only" events, and "front-of-the-line privileges."
