Anime News Network is reporting that that the Trans Arts anime studio filed for bankruptcy at the Tokyo District Court on March 30, 2012.
Trans Arts produced The Prince of Tennis television anime series, the Tennis no Oujisama: Atobe Kara no Okurimono film, and the Medarot Damashii television anime series.
