If you've experienced a beauty emergency - like a pimple right before an important event; dry, chapped lips; or tired, puffy eyes - there's no need to worry. With the right cosmetics and techniques, you can still look and feel your best. Beauty Emergency Fixes

Hi Kimberly,

Welcome smile

I liked what the article highlights (no pun - wink) when it comes to looking well.

Whether you're just under the weather or kinda in a rush, I like the tips.

Me especially? You have to get a crow-bar to get me out of the house on time, lol, but I've found a few last-minute asap's that help.

Scotch tape - kinda like the tooth brush, AND it works well for getting the spots off the outside nail-painting mis-haps.

Put the tape across lip and/or nail sides and "poof" the paint and dead-skin are gone!

For tired/more puffy eyes though - I take one of those tiny metal containers you might get ketchup or mustard in at a restaurant? Well...put those in the freezer for a couple - maybe 5-8 minutes or I just keep 'em there, they defrost quickly and apply the small round end under the eye.

And you're right about the caffeine eye creams. They seem to shrink blood-vessels.

Thanks for the article!

Hey Elleise,

Thanks for your comments. I'm going to have to try out your tips!

Sorry for the late response - I didn't get any notification about your message for some reason. Thanks for stopping by, though!
