More and more employers are having job applicants complete an
assessment test before being interviewed.
While these tests may take way too long to complete - it does help the potential employer to get an idea of what you can offer their organization. It also helps to reduce the time they are investing in filling job vacancies.
There are also some fun free tests out there if you have some free time to complete them. Keep in mind that these results are not to be taken personally! They are not set up to tell you about your insides - you know what makes you happy = your career passion. This passion is what will keeps you focused and keeps getting you up each day. Even in this recession, people are pursuing their career passion - so important if we are going to have lives that are positive...
