I had dandruff and then realized I had a SLS, sodium laurel sulfate, sensitivity. I stopped using shampoos and conditioners with it...buy mine at the health food store now. No more dandruff but it took about 6 months to go away.

I get horrid dandruff that is super embarrassing at times. I noticed that if I alternate between Head and Shoulders, a different kind of shampoo like Suave, then Selsun Blue, then Suave, then Head and SHoulders, etc. I can control it. If I use a certain shampoo for too long it gets worse or the stuff made especially for dandruff stops working.

It is nice now that there are many shampoos available now without sodium laurel sulfate that you don't have to go to the health food shop for. The one I reviewed does not have SLS.

I never tried that brand, I put down the name and will try to check it out to then try it.

Having dandruff sucks but at least my problem is not extreme unlike many people who too have dandruff.
