Hello Ariana.
Welcome to the forum. In order to answer your question, we need more information.

Does your hair get frizzy in the humidity?
Does your hair just blow around because it is fine?

Hi, sorry for the delay. I think both reasons, because here in my country we have like %90 humidity and my hair is very fine.

Ariana,
The answer is in the products you use on your hair. You will want smoothing and moisturizing products. Use a scrunch in hair cream after your hair is finished. These products will help to prevent frizz and add weight so that it doesn't blow around quite so much.

Control your hair with pony tail bands, barretts and bobby pins.

I don't use 'over-the-counter' products so I can only recommend professional.
Nioxin has some very good smoothing products. Systems 5 thru 8 (shampoo and conditioner) are good for getting rid of frizz.
Smoothing Reflectives finishing creme is great for scrunching in after it is dry.
Kiwi Coloreflector Blow Serum is good to put on wet hair and dry it in.
