When you look at your boss, do they look like a "boss" to you? Is there a certain way a boss (or more importantly, leader) should dress? Or is it more important that they have good communication skills?
Today is my first day back at work and I'm comfortable in jeans, a sweater and sneakers (there is hardly anyone in the office today). So it made me think about how employees view management.
Would you rather have a boss that may not be a real snazzy dresser but an excellent communicator?
OR
A boss that was dressed perfectly but couldn't communicate?
