It's that time of year where the arguments start to heat up again. Do you wish your co-workers and customers "Happy Holidays" or do you say "Merry Christmas," "Happy Hannukah" or "Happy Kwanzaa?"
As a department head, I have to make sure the cards our unit sends out to the other departments say "happy holidays". I even had one employee get upset because we put a tree in the lobby and called it a holiday tree trimming party.
How does your office handle the holiday well wishing?
