to reduce stress I add scented geranium in my bath preparation. Sometimes I add basil and rosemary. To avoid blockage problems I place the herbs in a bath bag.
Actually, I use Rosemary to help boost my metabolism. it is great to add to eggs and other dishes to help jump start your day. I heard that a hint of rosemary or lavender was a wonbderful way to soak your stress away!
