Emotions in family health is important for us all..
anger- if you use it healthy it is ok take a deep breath and count to ten if that does not work try walking away then after you cool down comeback and talk about the problem with the person...

crying-It is natural you are human if you are hurt it is o.k. to cry.

mistakes-if at first you dont suceed try again youare allowed mistakes in life and can learn from them as well..

loved-it is only human nature to want to be seen or reconized

happiness-everyone deserves this right

trust-respect the value in it

as for any other things I did not mention remember that you are important to somebody and that somebody loves you ..
