I asked her if I could make him a quilt... and she was just thrilled. His one interest was LSU and I put out pleas for help obtaining LSU material - we don't get it here in Alabama... and I had two people come to my rescue... which I am so grateful for.

I also made a tote bag to take it to the hospital - It is two sided - purple on one side and this yellow print on the other and it can also be turned inside out with the LSU fabric on the inside...
