Tell me why? One would think that a candidate would put their best foot forward, or at least pay attention to detail when completing a job application. Interestingly enough, three out of every five job applications contain the following:
- Name and address all in lower case.
- Names of former employers all in lower case.
- Misspelled words
- No references, despite the fact that the application asks for them.
Do people really intend to get a job if they can't even take the time to enter their name correctly or do you think this age of social media has anything to do with an applicant's inability to write professionally?
