There are certain questions you just shouldn't ask during the interview. Here is one...

Question - Do you have onsite child care?

Why not? Legally employers can not ask about your family situation. Asking this question, however, might leave the lasting impression in their mind that child care may be an issue. An issue which can lead to absences when you run into daycare trouble.

If you really want to know, check out the company website to see if you can find out what benefits they offer. If you can't find it, don't ask.

Question - What day do we get paid

Why not? You're not even hired yet. By asking this question, you're definitely showing what your mind is focusing on.

Question: Are the hours flexible?

Why not? Keep in mind you're not on the payroll yet. Unless you are an extremely sought after candidate, don't ask for adjustments just yet. You may come across as an attendance issue!
