Question - Do you have onsite child care?
Why not? Legally employers can not ask about your family situation. Asking this question, however, might leave the lasting impression in their mind that child care may be an issue. An issue which can lead to absences when you run into daycare trouble.
If you really want to know, check out the company website to see if you can find out what benefits they offer. If you can't find it, don't ask.
