I always remember a delicious cranberry salad and two types of pies for dessert--one pumpkin, and one chocolate. Of course, everything was delicious, but for some reason, those three items stand out in my mind.

I loved helping her prepare the pie, and if you've got kids that love to cook, it's very fun and "grown up" recipe for them to try as well. Not to mention, it's just plain fun to eat.
