Does computer cause stress? i lose my thinking ability to some extent when I am on my PC. when I lie down, I begin getting good ideas. Anybody else with similar experience?

I find that it's easy to find something "important" to distract me when I'm on the computer instead of just thinking. I try to do my thinking off the computer.
Also, looking at the computer screen can be stressful and if you associate the computer with work and work is stressful, it can carryover.

It depends on what you do while on your computer. For me I sometimes have to get away from mine and this always happens when I am looking at the news and it's one thing after another that makes me angry so I just go do something else or I open a window to play music that relaxes me.
