I saw the rumor about Drake Hogestyn holding out for more money on a long-standing DOOL board. The owner of the board actually contacted a DOOL publicist about the rumor back in March and was told that it is not true. I have no idea about the other ones!

Yes the old shawn was better i agree its always weird when some one replaces another, look at roman he'll always be Chris Kositchek to me.Wayne Northrop would always be roman brady, so on n so on. i just can't get use to people replacing people especially cast members.

I have to agree with you, Skyhaven - I can't get used to recycled actors. What happens when they want to bring back the original character (as in Bonnie/Adrianne)?
I also prefer the old Shawn - although I am really not liking Shawn's character at all. He seems like he is going to start abusing Belle (physically). That concerns me.
The only child I know of for Ali is her son Ben. He's all she talks about. She had him when around the time of the Stan story.

- Jason Cook is rumored to be talking to the big wigs at DOOL about returning to the show as a new character on a recurring basis.
- Rumor has it that Dan Gauthier is said to be cast as Mike Horton, and he may bring son Jeremy with him, back to Salem.

sounds good to me, have to get usto old cast members being new different cast members, hate that, but its always nice to see n old face return 2 salem

Oh and is it just me, or does anyone else like the old Shawn much better? I really liked the old Shawn. Seems like they are trying to make up for the differences by having this new one without his shirt every other day.

Here are some new rumors for DOOL fans: - He will be making a comeback (can you guess who?)
- The cast will be pared down again to make room for the vets.
- Marlena will once again become the victim and lose time in her life.
- Jeremy Horton will make his debut soon - do you remember Jeremy (a.k.a. Jeremy Jacobs) via Mike and Robin?
