Although Cordon Bleu was traditionally made with veal cutlets, things have changed...the most common recipe in the States is Chicken Cordon Bleu.
So, I decided to mess everything up and turn a traditional dish inside out, by making my Cordon Bleu Chicken Tenders. They are easy and fun to make and so delish! They also make a great picnic item.
