i try to make a new goal each day for the next day
today i set resistance to 6 and pedaled 3.1 miles and burned 250 calories..
im up 250 calories per day minimum now which is a great improvement from february when i started.
i can see the difference in my chest.
it may not seem like a lot to some but for me im glad i dont have any aches or pains to knock me down.
i did read 31 reasons to exercise and that was a inspiration to some degree.
my goal is to get to 170 lbs. as of july 23 i was 186 at the doctors office.
