Lots of times people will use 'lack of time" as an excuse for not exercising. Exercising in small increments is a viable solution that will give you the same benefits of exercising all at once.
Ive heard about workout called: Tabata. It lasts only 4-5 minutes and boosting metabolism for long hours. Ive done it 3-4 times and it is really, really hard to do :)
