I just posted a review of a great children's book: Buddha at Bedtime - a collection of bedtime stories based on Buddhist folk tales, each of which teaches a lesson.

Studies show reading to our kids at night is a great way to soothe them and provide a regular bedtime routine, not to mention wonderful bonding. This book has become one of my favorites, because in each one an animal or child learns something about compassion, kindness, forgiveness, patience, forbearance, etc.

What do you read to your kids at night? Any other favorites, spiritual or no?
