My goal is not to focus on a number, per se, but make a lifestyle change in eating and exercise. I was going great but slipped back. Not kicking myself for it, just accepting it as part of the process.
My reward is the process itself as I'm doing my best to make it feel good every day. Buuuut...as there is nothing wrong with a tangible reward, I'll come up with a good one. Probably new clothes since I'll need them anyway.
