More and more lady have their hair dyed into the color they prefer to, though is is harmful for skin. So I wonder that whether the fashion and beauty are based on the color of hair?

Yes, sometimes beauty are based on the color of hair. For example, there are make-up that looks best on red-haired, blonde-haired or black-haired women. For the fashion, I think hair color will not matter as long as you know how to carry yourself well.

Dye is harmful but I have seen many women do it. In order to hide their white hairs or give color hairs in their desired color.
