As a single parent, I absolutely LOVE the holidays. While some parents may tend to feel lonely, like they have no one special to spend the holidays with - I rejoice. It's a wonderful time for additional bonding with the kids and even though money may be tight, we have fun talking about our favorite memories of holidays past and what we hope for in the future.
