Have you found yourself avoiding certain activities and new ideas because there might be a chance of failure? Do you limit exposure to challenges that produced disappointing results in the past? Do you, like me, suffer from a "paralysis of analysis?" No way I want to make a fool of myself--especially if everyone else will know it before I do!

Anyway, I have learned a lot from failure. If nothing else, it taught me humility.
