One of my favorite childhood memories is of walking with my family on Christmas Eve in downtown San Jose, Costa Rica. The atmosphere was very festive and exciting with people laughing and confetti flying...and Santa Claus. What are your favorite Christmas memories?

The Tope horseback parade on 12/26 (Boxing Day) is very famous. I loved CR, introduced some Indian food (spicy potatoes) to some locals - they loved it :-)

I don't know why this caught my attention, but "Costa Rica."

I've been hearing quite a LOT about this area, and it does sound lovely...I've even been given brochures physically and virtually. It's interesting.

There recently was a person who came to me wondering about purchasing something there?? I don't know what it is exactly or how it works, but you could actually enjoy (affordably) a piece of land or I don't know...

Me personally? I love San Antonio, TX food festival. They close up shops and the streets are lined with just about every type of food item you can think of!

But if I could have Christmas anywhere, it would be either Ireland or San Antonio (at least this year...I love to travel, even planning can be a wonderful experience)!

I would advise, however, the thing the person mentioned about purchasing land in these places...just investigate.

Other than that, every country and religion for that matter has a captivating expression of coming together for the holidays lovers
