Dear Leah -
That's a great article and it offers a number of helpful tips!
I definitely am finding that having a master list of all tasks on it is quite useful. I can scan the list and see what needs to be done and where things fit in.
I also find that maintaining a focus helps a great deal. I get far more done when I focus on and finish a given task and then move on to the next one.

some time i feels stress of the works when my job is not going well but i gradually manage and understands the responsibilities of my works finally i focus on the things which is more important and i continue my works with hopes... to success

I love yoga, and after I get my nutritional plan in order, will be working on officially adding yoga back into my daily routine. right now I am going to do my best to not feel guilty about not doing it.

Leah,
Great article! Sometimes there is so much going on at work it's like throwing eggs up in the air and hope to keep juggling them. A list is a MUST. Combine it with a busy home life and WOW!!! I think it's important to remember that despite it all, we need to take a quiet moment for ourselves to regroup at least a couple of times during the day.

Now that it's sunny out I've been doing yoga on the back porch each day and it is SO lovely. I adore it. It makes the rest of my day go so much more smoothly.

My work life is nice right now - my main work is pursuing government help with my health and home, and in organizing my home. These activities are enjoyably productive and I am getting a lot of things checked off my list.
