My corned beef and cabbage are probably both low carb - but I imagine the carrots and potatoes are a bit less so smile

Do you like corned beef?

I love corned beef! I found a great packaged cooked and sliced called Manny's Deli. It was at Costco.

I love corned beef but I fix it like we do in the South.
corned beef, potatoes and cabbage with butter, salt and pepper, put in a big pot or crock pot and cook it forever.

Sounds gross but it's actually pretty good. I'm sure it doesn't meet the "good health" guidlines.

Terri -

Hmmm isn't that how everyone cooks it? In a crock pot for many hours? smile

Butter is far better for you than margarine, I think! smile
