Today I had an EAS shake for breakfast. I think that's 2g carbs (lots of fiber and protein!)
Lunch - a bologna sandwich. Bread (Pepperidge Farm light style 7 grain) = 10g. Bologna = 0g. Swiss cheese = 0g. Mustard = 0g. So it's only 10g total, all from the bread.
