I haven't delved too far into sushi, as far as going to a restaurant. However, I do love most of it. We have a sushi chef at work who makes it fresh every single day.
I love the eel and spicy tuna rolls...and I tried my kids on simple California rolls..they liked that. I too, love the pickled ginger and the wasabi paste for dipping. Have yet to try the seaweed thingy!
I love chopping the pickled ginger into my salmon salad when I make it. It's a really wonderful combo. And ginger is really good for you too.
