Hi Lisa.

I have recently become more interested in different kinds of flours for baking. I read about some benefits of almond flour and the great taste it provides.

It is supposedly high in protein, low in carbs and very nutritious.

Do you have any recipes using almond flour?

Also, what about acorn flour? I know that is hard to find and very time consuming to make. I have heard it makes really tasty breads.

I would very much like to try these two flours with some bread recipes. Thanks for any information you can provide. smile
