Here's a great, quick recipe for eggnog which doesn't involve sugar! Enjoy!

I saw that Silk (the soy milk) had an egnogg product out. I don't know how low in sugar it is, though.

I just bought some Vitasoy Holly Nog and it has 60 calories per 4 oz serving and 20 gm sugar.

Hi, Lisa -- Looking forward to trying the eggnog. Methinks that the SILK product someone mentioned in the forum is probablly high in carbs as their milk is. I do love the Hood Calorie Countdown (was "Carb Countdown") milks but can only find them in one or two stores and then only 2% in 2 stores and the chocolate milk in only one store. Here is a link I found for a Flourless Chocolate Cake -- I buy the Lindt 70 and/or 85% cocoa and use it. This cake is AWESOME!!! and very easy. I used to drink the Silk Eggnog and I like it, but Walmart quit carrying it. I thought that it wasn't manufactured anymore. I think I will look for it again.

Lynne - maybe write them directly and ask who the distributor is in your area, that way you could find out which stores they supply!
