Everyone, needs to take a break sometimes, including distance learning students. It is necessary for our mental health. We need to reduce the stress in our lives. I have therefore added Games and Quizzes to the subject list to the left of this article with a few fun games you can play.

At the end of my work day I need to just stop and get away from it all. Playing Scrabble helps me take my mind off of whatever it was I needed to get away from. I usually play a few games once I get home from work and then I'm good for the evening. It just helps take your mind off of work allowing your mind to just concentrate on the game you are playing and hoping you will win! Once i do this I'm good to move on and get moving with the rest of the household chores that need done after work such as making dinner etc.
