Finally a good dream regarding the gov./environment.

This was sometime in the future, the country was rebuilding (really rebuilding) and the homes were round. They were made of flat panels that made a round (whats' a wigwam/p (sp)?) I'll have to look that up, but that's the word that pops in as I write this.

The political movement (both sides) do their damage and there's a different movement (party maybe). It's on the up and up. Most everyone wants these homes or icorporate these homes into the homes they have then. They utilize 100% of natural energy (i'm guessing sun, not sure about oil/gas) and there is a great deal of native american directive involved. we compost like we recycle now, there becomes a great call for not just vegetables but herbs/teas and such, but people are making their own instead of buying them. It's like a wave of martha stewart, natural living.

A good idea for people wanting to get in ahead of the game now.

sounds like the Trulli houses in Alberobello, Italy. I don't know how environmentally sound they are but they are conical in shape.

Yurts are actually being made here in the States. There is a company on the West Coast which builds them at their factory and delivers to the site. They are quite efficient to heat and cool and offer quite a bit of living sqare footage. This was featured on one of the DIY cable channels a while back.
