I haven't meditated in a LONG time - James' room had turned into a chaotic mess and that is where I have been meditating. I finally in the last few days cleared it all out.
Yesterday I took my first final exam and I found it really hard to concentrate. It was almost at the point where the questions were not making sense any more. This isn't good! So in the evening I went upstairs and sat on my pillow for 20 minutes.
I definitely feel the difference, having been away from meditation for a while. My mind was very distracted! But after the first 10 minutes I began to settle into it and got much more relaxed.
I am about to take my Org Behavior final right now - I hope my investment of meditation time helps!

I do think it helped out. Even with my cold I was more relaxed and able to focus on the questions. I will make sure to meditate again tonight, in preparation for my Comm final tomorrow.

Ultimate stress: Before an exam do a series of even regular breaths for a minute, such as one count to breathe in, one count to breathe out, one count to breathe in, etc. During the exam pick up the even breathing for 10 seconds to relax the unit of your body - mind.
