We are contemplating new names and ideas. These names give an idea of our style. So far we agree on the combo Elodie Faye and possibly Charlotte Elizabeth (this has recently been added). Love to know opinions and other possible combos plus any new name ideas! I like Lucy Eleanor(e). I know it's not really on your list, but it's variant for Lenore..

I really like both Elodie Faye and Charlotte Elizabeth. Both of those are lovely.

I also like Elizabeth (nn Betty), but I don't know if I'd pair it with any of the other listed girl names.

I'd be wary about they spelling "Baelie." I think most people would write the name "Bailey," so variants would need to be spelled out for people regularly. Telling people over and over again how to spell a name could become tedious.

For boys, I like:

Benjamin James
James Nathaniel
Nathaniel Hugh

as someone with an uncommon spelling of a common name, it's really not that bad. I've yet to hear of a name that doesn't get misspelled sometimes. Do keep in mind that there's a distinct limit to how much control you have over nicknames. After a certain age your child will be the one who decides what he or she gets called.
