Many areas are still experiencing cold weather, but spring has finally arrived. What activities do you do when spring arrives to renew yourself and your life?
For me, the longer and warmer days allow me to sit outside to get some much needed sun. I enjoy the increased birdsong as the local bird life becomes more diverse. I also have opened the windows for a while to air out the house, which refreshes not only the indoor air but my spirit as well. The fresh air cleanses and invigorates, giving me ambition to get some things done. I just feel better mentally and spiritually after such a long winter. Nature has a way of easing the soul.
