Normally I aim for a single one-hour session of yoga each day, and have a routine I go through.

Do some people break it up into multiple pieces, so they do a portion in the morning, and one in the evening for example?

How do you break it up then?

Good question about this topic. Yoga is a vest thing to reduce your stress and given complete rest of mind. And it is very helpful for increasing memory and give lot of piece. You can do this activity multiple time in a day but not after eating. Thank you..

I exercise several times a day and have done yoga more than once a day a few times but what I have found is that if I choose the right type of yoga, the kind my body and my soul is needing then I don't need to practice twice a day even if I only did 10-20 min. early in the day.

I've learned to really listen to my body because it's usually right. Sometimes my body is begging for a 90 min. practice and even if I feel I don't have the time for it because I have other workouts to photograph or film or write about I still just do it and it changes my entire day (more energy, better focus, better sleep, I get more done).

Some days I find that just doing 20 min. of the type of yoga my body needs is more than enough and other days I think it's enough then find myself doing more in the evening before bed. If you listen to your body it will tell you what it wants and needs.

Also maybe the reason you feel you need more is that you are not fully present during your first yoga session. That used to be an issue for me when I first started many years ago and still is on days when I'm stressing about something.
