Oh man,am I! I love Dark Souls. I have it on the Xbox 360, and I loved Demon Souls on the PS3 before that. When they announced work on Dark Souls 2 I almost started crying.
These games are so difficult that when you finally beat them, it's an achievement. It's so rare in games today to get that overwhelming sense of victory on beating a game.
And the controls are so fluid that when you die, it's personal, because you know it's a mistake YOU made, not a glitch of the game.
There's also a HUGE wealth of lore! You should check out Epicnamebro's youtube chanel. He does a great job of deducing lore from the small clues the game gives you.
I could go on for hours about these games. :)
