Have you ever read H.P. Lovecraft, often considered the father of modern day horror literature? What is your favorite Lovecraft story?

Oo,I Looooove H.P. Lovecraft! I like the Cthulhu mythos stories, but one that really gets at me is "Dreams in the Witch House." I kept looking for that Brown Jenkin for days!

I also like the book Cthulhu 2000 - a compilation of modern authors taking on Lovecraft themes. Know of other new books like that? Published since 2001?

I hear of new ones every so often. Will keep my ears and eyes peeled specifically. My favourite has to be Herbert West: Reanimator whch was popularised by the films. I haven't read Lovecraft for a long time. Will have to correct that soon!
