Play Chocobo Hot and Cold. Find the treasure chest for Chocograph #22 ("Outer island 2"). Among the items in the chest is a Pumice Piece.

You could also steal one from Ozma, but you get a Pumice for winning that battle anyway...

or you could beat hades and if u have 2 pumice pieces combine em <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
