Average movie. I love Prometheus (its in my top 5 movies of all time) and David is one of my favorite movie characters (him too top 5) so I could not wait to see this. I was disappointed and from the moment it started I knew I would be. It lacks the magic (cannot think of any word right now to use here) Prometheus has (for me at least), when Prometheus started I was immediately into it and stayed in it from the start and this movie did not do that to me. Plus I hate how David turned into, my favorite part of him is how he was so much better than humans but he turned evil just like we are. But there are positives. First we get to see more of Michael Fassbender because he played two characters. Then it is beautifully made from the directing to everything else. And I also love the aliens in it and also the creature we get to see on the planet. And also despite me not liking how David turned into I have to say that it made me smile when I saw that he was the one who created the eggs and how the aliens turned into. The script is very bad. The music is average. The acting, special effects, costumes, story and makeup are good. The directing, editing, sounds and sets are great. The cinematography is excellent.
