I believe. Higher Power. ONE. The light. Feeling and sending out calm...it's challenging to put into words, since it's a feeling...

I suppose for me it is a feeling of power and control, in a way, that I can use to reduce the negative side. By recalling a time I felt good, in control, top of the world so to speak.

By not letting the OMG happenings in my life take over like a demon. And not only for me. I tend to send the WORLD a virtual hug. A feeling that all is well. It is getting better. No need for harsh thoughts or words to beat the bad...kind of thought process.

Like my mom would say to me, "it's easier to catch bees with honey, than vinegar." And I would reply " I think it's flies, mom." And smile.

Then there is one from my dad that came in a most trying time when I was barely 20 years old: "behind every dark cloud there is a silver lining."

It is what it is. Make it better. THINK it is better - or maybe not so bad and things may just change for the better. One can get stuck in the "bad" and they tend to miss any shred of "good."

Say nice things, think nice thoughts and you could be well on your way to finding better ways to take care of your physical health. Just let it happen

And I am always grateful for the good.
