It's half past noon and already we've had brilliant sunshine, clouded over, a bit of snow and now the sky is blue in one direction and Very gray in the other.

Yesterday it was partly sunny, foggy on/off, snowing on/off and windy.
At night it was a little foggy, snowing and windy.
When I went to bed it was snowing, a little foggy, windy and the sun was starting to rise.
When I got up it was cloudy, partly foggy, snowing and windy.

It was about 15 in Central Virginia this morning. BRRRRR! The Arctic blast arrived this week. Another one coming next week too.

Negative 5 when I got up this morning. We're looking forward to at least another week of similar temperatures.
At least it's too cold to snow. We already have a few inches on the ground.

I have now discovered being too cold to snow is a myth.  I just finished shoveling the drive and the sidewalk.

It's never too cold to snow - be careful and stay warm. It's cold here in Central Virginia but there is no moisture in the air.
