Anyone familiar with it?

I talked about the insomnia I am currently having (if it does not stop soon it will be 5 months) with my aesthetician today and she recommended melatonin to me. I found some that I could take in a drugstore (i dont swallow pills) but wanted to search it on the internet then checked Amazon Canada for reviews first which I did before this post.

I do not want to become addicted, I do not want to have to take it every day and I do not want to have to take something to wake up and this seems this is it (if all that would be the only way to get rid of that insomnia i will keep that insomnia). If the insomnia does not go away soon (meaning this month) I will try it.

Finally tried it last night and it did not work! About forty minutes in I felt weird and sleepy and then it all went away before I fell asleep so I had another night of insomnia and that one has been going on for more than ten months!

I tried the strips that dissolves on the tongue, at least for that they did not told lies it really does that and fast like they say.

The following night I took it again and I did slept better but it was not a normal night. Then I did not take any for one night and the following night I did and it did nothing.

I search a few minutes ago for another melatonin product not in pill form and I realised that almost all including pills had 5mg or 10mg, the strips are only 3mg and I only took one (it says that we can take 1 or 2 or 3) the three times so perhaps this is why it did not work for me, tonight I will take two.

I did take it a few times since then, I remember at least two times (could go on that items page of Amazon Canada where i wrote updates but do not feel like it blush) the last time it was one strip and I had one of the worst nights of that insomnia but one time I took two strips and I fell asleep quickly then for two to six hours slept deeply and it took me a while to fall back asleep but I did for at least two other times.

I will take two tonight and if it goes at least okay I will try three and if it does not go well then I will try another.

Finally after more than eleven months of insomnia last night I had a normal night of sleep!

By the way when I did take two strips all it did it make me feel sleepy for a while and that was it, the next day I put the rest in the compost bin.

I finally found something that measures 0,5ml and 1ml so I will get the melatonin in liquid form and try that. I have to get it on Amazon Canada since it is not sold in stores here but it is cheap and I have other things to buy so the shipping will be free.

The liquid melatonin is not in stock anymore, yesterday it said that it would be back on September 7 but now it says temporarily out of stock, frown!
